2. SHOP DRAWINGS: After the bid is accepted, we will start the shop drawings. The shop drawings are a collection of elevations, section details, and specifications to complete that particular project. The shop drawings are sent to the General Contractor and the Architect for approval before ever starting assembly. The assembly staff will then use the drawings with the approved plans to fabricate the frames and complete the job.
3. FABRICATION: When the shop drawings get approved, the assembly crew uses the drawings to make cut sheets, assemble all the frames, get all the glass, etc. ready for the job site. Our shop and office cover nearly 12,000 square feet, and has everything needed for a professional commercial company to be successful.
4. ON-SITE INSTALLATION: When the frames have been fabricated, our glaziers install them into the specific project. We use the best trained crew so you know the job will get done right! With employees that have been in the field installing for years, there is virtually nothing that they can’t tackle.
5. FINALIZING: After the last bit of sealant is applied, the crew waits for the punch list for approval. Then we approach our next masterpiece!
OWNER’S MANUALS: Owner’s manuals are provided for every job, consisting of as-built drawings, manufacturer’s warranties, cleaning instructions and contact numbers.
